Projects emerging from the EIT KICs can now go directly to full application stage of the EIC Accelerator thanks to the "Fast Track" scheme

The ‘Fast Track scheme’ speeds up the process and reduces administrative burden for those wishing to apply to the EIC Accelerator.

On 17 December 2021, the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT) joined the European Innovation Council (EIC) Accelerator Fast Track scheme. Innovative companies and projects (start-ups and scale-ups) funded under the EIT Knowledge and Innovation Communities (EIT KICs) can thus be fast-tracked directly to the full application stage of the EIC Accelerator, skipping the the initial ‘short proposal’ stage of the evaluation procedure. In addition, innovative companies and start-ups can benefit from three days of tailored-made coaching to prepare the full proposal to the EIC Accelerator.
