Armenia has become a Horizon Europe Associated Country

The Association Agreement allows Armenia to participate in Horizon Europe under the same conditions as EU member states.

On 12 November, the European Commission and Armenia signed an Association Agreement granting the Republic of Armenia the association status to Horizon Europe for the period of 2021-2027. The Association Agreement will enter into force once Armenia completes its ratification process and diplomatic notes are exchanged between the European Commission and the Armenian authorities.

Armenia was since 2016 fully associated to Horizon 2020 (2014-2020).
